Each home owner will become a member of Stonewall Estates Homeowners Association and will be given a voice. Design guidelines are provided for the construction of all homes to maintain a consistent quality and are written to encourage innovative and unique home designs and are not intended to be used as restrictive sets of rules.

These guidelines will remain flexible, while at the same time preserving the integrity that defines this community.
